1. Check-in 3pm onwards, check-out before 11am

2. 50% deposit payable upon reservation (Gcash/transfer). 

3. Balance payable upon check-in.

3. No refund after payment of deposit.

3. Change of date possible up to 24 hours before check-in.

4. Valid ID required upon check-in and names of accompanying guests to be provided. No outside guests/visitors permitted.

5. Full inventory will be provided at check-in.

6. All items will be checked upon departure and any missing items are billable.

7. Person renting the villa is fully responsible for accompanying guests.

8. Beds are provided for 12 guests. Max. 2 additional guests can be accommodated at P1000 per head.

9. Early check-in / late check-out may be available at P500 per hour.

10. No smoking/vaping inside the villas or around the pool (P5,000 fine if smoking/vaping is detected). A designated smoking area is provided.

11. No illegal drugs or firearms permitted.

12. Villa and contents to be maintained clean and tidy throughout and returned in clean condition upon check-out (cleaning charge (P1,000).

13. Do not leave out food or trash to attract unwanted guests.

14. All rubbish to be disposed in bins provided.

15. Quiet time 9pm to 6am. No loud noise such as parties/music/karaoke permitted at any time. Please be considerate towards other guests.

16. Doors and windows must be closed when using the air-conditioners.

17. Conserve energy. All appliances (especially air conditioners) to be turned off when leaving the villa (for even short periods).

18. Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times. Proper swimming attire only. No food/drinks in or around the pool.

19. Please take care of your belongings at all times. Management bears no responsibility for items lost/stolen. Place valuables in safety box.

20. Please note the CCTV in shared areas (car parks, pathways, pool).

21. One small, well behaved pet accepted per villa.

22. Parking for 1 car per villa is available

23. Management reserves the right to enter the villa during your stay.
